Memorial Day to Labor Day from 11:30am to 7:30pm for the pool and pool area. Other courtyards are open May 1st to October 15th from 9am to 9pm.
Yes. Covered parking is $125, Uncovered is $100 and surface is $75. Covered and uncovered are assigned spaces

All apartments come equipped with washers and dryers in the unit.
$500 non-refundable pet deposit, $50 monthly pet rent
Certain breeds of dogs are not permitted. These include but are not limited to Pit Bulls, Tosa Inus, German Shepherds, Rottweiler, Presa Canarios, Fila Brasileiros, Argentine Dogos, Akitas, Chow Chows, Shar Peis, Dalmations and Doberman Pinschers.

Quiet Hours are 10 PM to 7 AM. Game Room and Movie Theatre can be rented out for $100/hour.

From GSP South, take exit 29 for Rt 9 South. Take the exit towards South Amboy/ Bus District. Make a right onto Main Street and another Right onto Radford Ferry Road. Entrance to the building is off of Radford Ferry Road.

NJ Transit train station is steps away with one seat access to New York Penn Station. A ferry terminal with service to lower Manhattan is under construction.

Our community has a dog park as an amenity located near our visitor parking lot. A public dog park is in Old Bridge, about 9 miles away.
There are bike trains along Raritan Bay Waterfront Park which is a 5 minute drive from Station Bay.
Rt 9 has many of the stores residents need including a Whole Food and Aldi.
Dunkin Donuts is located near the train station which is steps away from the property. Java Dave's Coffee is also located on Broadway, South Amboy's main business thoroughfare.
Maintenance
Apartments are cleaned, painted and all appliances and fixtures are checked to be sure they are functioning.
Yes, we have on-site maintenance.
You can put in a service request on our resident portal via our website or the Rent Café app.
Maintenance issues are prioritized based on urgency, and all maintenance requests are addressed within 48 hours.
No, you can give us permission to enter your apartment when you are not at home.

You can decorate the interior of your apartment to your liking. When you move out, the expectation is that your apartment will look exactly as it did when you moved in.
